NO MAS

You know how once you see something, you can't unsee it? That's how I feel about my awakening. I have identified the faulty beliefs that have ruled my life, and as a result, I say "No mas". No mas means "no more" in Spanish, and there are quite a few things that I will not be doing anymore. No more will I pour into others who do not pour into me. No longer will I ignore my intuition. No more will I give my energy to those who don't deserve it. No longer will I put the feelings of others before my own and no longer will I tolerate disrespect from anyone. These are only a few of the things to which I say, "No Mas".
